Google Group / Mailing list

We maintain a mailing list for friends to share news about ending torture. NCSTN members send announcements about news, events, and meetings to this list. NCSTN uses stop-torture-flights group on Google Groups. To prevent mailing list content from going to your Spam folder, please add stop-torture-flights@googlegroups.com to your allowed senders or safe senders list.

Group membership is self service:

  • Subscribe by sending email to stop-torture-flights+subscribe@googlegroups.com
  • To unsubscribe, simply send email to stop-torture-flights+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com

Once subscribed, you can send messages to the group by sending email to stop-torture-flights@googlegroups.com . You will receive messages at the email address you used to subscribe.

To participate in the group via email, simply read and compose messages in your favorite email client.

To access and use the group via the web site, you must to register for Google account on google.com. Tip: You can create a Google account using your current email address – you don’t have to have a GMail account.  Once subscribed (see above), you can view all messages, search, or to change you settings. You can elect to receive each message via email, or opt for a daily digest (at most one email message with all posts that day), or you can select the “no mail” option (for example if you plan to be traveling and don’t want mail for a while, until you turn it back on).

The group disallows posts from non-members.
After we migrate, we will turn off the old mailing list. So please update your contacts list so new mail goes to the right place!
We hope you find the new mailing list more stable, easier to use, and less aggravating!

If you need help, send email to help@ncstn.org
